TEAM MIDGET:


Here is a brief list of items to get the season started:

-Complete the Team Duty list and return to CMH secretary.
-Submit player medical forms
-Review roles and responsibilities (click here)
-Review team finance rules with a CMHA rep
-1 Team rep to attend the MMMHL Scheduling meeting
-Confirm Tournament Date(s) for your team
-Conduct a team/parent meeting prior league start
-Jersey Rep(s) recieve team jerseys from Equip Mgr
-Parents remind your coach if your child has any serious allergies
-Review important recources on web site for coaches, players & parents

-Player registrations must be paid in full prior to deadline

-Always refer to the CMH Web Page for ALL news & scheduled events


*Reminder that EACH Team has its own access to team specific web space for communicating throughout the year. Email admin@carlyleminorhockey.com if your team would like to utilize this feature.(calendar, stats, roster, etc)
